To start using your Select Plus Hybrid Visa Credit Card, a portion of the prepaid card funds must be transferred to a Collateral Balance. The initial transfer must be a minimum of $500. The amount of money in the Collateral Balance then becomes the credit line of the Select Plus Hybrid Visa Credit Card.
